Who Are We and What Do We Do?

At SportSocial, we organize and implement social Netball (NitroNetball) and Football (FootballFix) competitions, sports leagues, and one-day tournaments/events. Our aim is to run the most professional and well-organized social sports competitions in New Zealand.

The NitroNetball and FootballFix brands operate under the SportSocial umbrella. We have been in operation for 13 years and are the largest providers of social sports competitions in Auckland.

The Opportunity:
We are currently looking for enthusiastic, reliable and sport-loving individuals to help over see the running of our Football & Netball competitions

This is a great opportunity to either gain an entry into the sports industry or for someone who loves sport and wants to supplement their earnings with a part-time role.
- Your role as Competition Manager will involve:

- Creating relationships with players and teams
- Creating a good enjoyable atmosphere at the venue
- Managing and providing feedback to Match Officials
- Dealing with conflict in a calm and professional manner
- Delivering & reporting all aspects of the competition in a professional manner

Full training and on-going support will be provided and all in all, we are looking for someone that is professional, reliable and enjoys being involved in the sports environment.

**Further considerations are as follows**:

- **The role is casual with anything from 1 - 4 evenings (Mon-Thurs) (from 4pm) per week (5 - 20 x hours per week)**:

- **Experience in Netball and/or Football is preferred**
