**About the Role**:
The People & Culture Partner is part of a new formed and evolving flow-to-work team enabling people outcomes across Spark, where we have both a fixed term contract (for 9 months) and permanent opportunities.
**Day to day you will**:
- Work across all business units, supporting leaders with day to day matters not resolved through self-service or the People Operations team. E.g. people issues, giving coaching and advice.
- Manage employment relations issues (attendance, performance & misconduct) to ensure that pragmatic and solution-focused outcomes are achieved for the business in line with the relevant legislation and build capability of our leaders to deal with a range of employment-related challenges and issues.
- Be flexible and able to respond to demand across different parts of the organisation as cases arise, ensuring coverage and expertise are available where needed.
- Enable business outcomes and leader queries for enterprise programmes such as employee engagement, wellbeing, workforce planning and talent.
**What experience you'll bring**:
- Experience as a People & Culture Partner or high performing People & Culture Advisor with proven ability to prioritise, execute and deliver best-in-class people and culture outcomes at pace.
- Strong coaching and influencing skills to uplift leader capability across all things People & Culture.
- Adaptability and craft expertise to support across the business on a range of queries.
- Confident communicator and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to achieve the right outcomes for our people and the business.
- Ability to gather, track and draw insights from people related data, and leverage the latest AI capabilities.
