About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Group Insurance Administrator to join our collaborative Group / Distribution team. You'll play a vital role in supporting our group and affinity insurance schemes, making sure our processes run smoothly and our customers get the best possible experience.

You'll handle a variety of tasks, including:

  • Keeping member records accurate and up to date
  • Preparing member documentation
  • Managing invoices and payments
  • Coordinating documentation for underwriting and claims
  • Communicating clearly with advisers and group scheme clients
  • Sharing ideas to help us improve how we work

This role is open to job-share arrangements—if you're looking for part-time hours and want to work as part of a dynamic duo, let us know your preferred working pattern

About you

You're a people-focused professional with a knack for administration and a passion for helping others. You're proactive, solutions-focused, and always looking for ways to make things better. You enjoy working independently as well as part of a team, and you're committed to continuous learning and high standards.

Other attributes that will help you succeed:

  • Experience in administration (insurance or financial services a bonus)
  • Strong attention to detail and written communication skills
  • Confidence with MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Friendly, customer-focused approach
  • Good time management and prioritisation skills
