THIS OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking a dedicated, motivated, and results-driven Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Specialist.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role is responsible for maintaining relationships with our clients by providing opportunities in global equities markets and first-class brokerage service.
You will:
• Providing professional customer support, information, and guidance to clients and representing the business in a professional, positive and knowledgeable manner;
• Perform customer verifications and set up new customer accounts;
• Assist in representing the Company at business exhibitions, events, and seminars when required.
YOU:
Ideally, you will possess at least one year of customer service experience within the financial sector. You will also possess excellent customer service and client management capabilities coupled with strong communication skills.
• Relevant Tertiary degree with excellent knowledge of global capital markets and an in-depth understanding of equities and equity markets;
• Basic understanding of relevant financial legislation (i.e. AML/CFT Act 2009) and the New Zealand regulatory framework (i.e. Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 and Financial Advisers Act 2008);
• Ability to build professional relationships with new or existing clients;
• Diligent, independent, outgoing, and takes the initiative to achieve objectives;
• Must be Eligible to work in New Zealand with a valid working Visa.
