About the role

We are looking for exceptional Print Service Engineer to join our team in Whangarei to provide a quality product and service to internal and external customers, with skills from fault finding to performing maintenance on the FUJIFILM Business Innovation range of printers and photocopiers.

Other duties include:

  • Installing, maintaining, and modifying FUJIFILM Business Innovation equipment and accessories for our clients
  • Responding to allocated calls and resolving customer queries promptly
  • Liaising with customers to ensure the service requirements have been met

Skills & experience

We are looking for someone who has exceptional mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Along with this, you will also have:

  • Current Electrical Practicing License (or ability to obtain one)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working on printer/photocopier engines, preferably in the high end graphic product range
  • Excellent ability to work autonomously and prioritise workload
  • Outstanding communication and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Experience within the print industry is desirable
