Cabinet Installer - Permanent Full-Time - Tauranga / Bay of Plenty

About the Role

We are recruiting for a well-established, high-quality joinery and manufacturing company based in the Bay of Plenty region who specialise in custom cabinetry, kitchens, laundries, and wardrobes. They are seeking an experienced Cabinet Installer to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.

As the Installer, you will be responsible for the on-site installation of custom cabinetry and joinery, ensuring every project is completed to a high standard with precision, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering and installing custom cabinetry, kitchen units, wardrobes, and other joinery items on site.

Reading and interpreting plans, drawings, and job specifications.

Ensuring precise fit, alignment, and high-quality finish across all installations.

Working collaboratively with internal production teams and external contractors to meet deadlines.

Identifying and resolving on-site installation challenges effectively.

Maintaining a tidy work area, tools, and adherence to all Health & Safety requirements.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience in cabinet installation, joinery, or a similar trade role.

Strong practical skills, with the ability to problem-solve and work to tight tolerances.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Ability to work independently and manage installation timelines.

Own tools and a full NZ driver's licence.

A reliable, motivated attitude and pride in your workmanship.
