We're on the lookout for two Joinery Detailers due to two prized members of staff moving on to new cities. We want someone who is experienced in taking customer ideas and bring them to life with detailed drawings that are ready for the factory. You'll be a key part of our joinery detailing team and play a crucial role in delivering high quality joinery solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Creating detailed, accurate drawings and plans that match client needs.

· Reading and interpreting drawings, site conditions, measurements, and materials.

· Figuring out how everything fits together – timelines, materials, machining, and install steps.

· Working alongside our Operations Manager, production team, and project managers.

· Using CAD and our in-house software to build cutting lists and factory ready files

· Liaising with clients, contractors, and our own team to sort out design questions or tweaks.

· Contributing to continuous process improvement and supporting wider business activities

What You'll Bring:

· Solid skills in CAD and other design software (Cabinet Vision experience would be a huge advantage)

· A solid understanding of joinery and construction techniques

· Sharp eye for detail and a brain that loves solving problems.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Knowledge of codes and building regulations

· Willingness to keep learning and growing.
