Job DescriptionAFFCO Rangiuru currently has an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated Compliance Manager to join our site leadership team based in the Bay of Plenty.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, the position provides specialist support to the AFFCO Rangiuru site while co-ordinating the implementation and on-going effectiveness of systems and procedures. The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that the site adheres to quality and compliance programmes (including but not limited to HACCP, RMP, supporting programmes) and ensuring the plant remains compliant with NZ and overseas regulatory requirements at all times. You will also be responsible for managing the site based Compliance team.
With an organised and systematic approach to your work, you also have the ability to develop and lead a technical team, while liaising and supporting managers and supervisors to perform their roles more effectively.

- A strong commitment to upholding standards and processes
A tertiary qualification or relevant work experience is essential for this role, however full training can be provided for the right candidate.
Previous experience in the meat industry is preferred, but not essential. Applicants for this position must be eligible to work in New Zealand.
