About the Role

This is a practical, independent role where you'll be on the road servicing and maintaining onsite wastewater and septic tank systems for residential and commercial clients.

We will provide on the job training, with ongoing support

Most weeks involve local daily travel, with up to 1–2 weeks per month working out of town (overnight stays required). You'll also be part of a rotating on-call roster for alarms or urgent system issues.

Day-to-day, you'll:

  • Carry out scheduled servicing and repairs on wastewater and septic systems.
  • Diagnose faults and solve problems on-site.
  • Respond to call-outs and unscheduled maintenance.
  • Complete service reports and prepare quotes for upgrades or remedial work.
  • Represent S3 Ltd professionally with a focus on customer service.
