Our team is looking for a Hydraulic Service Technician to join our Christchurch based workshop.  Our Service Technicians are involved in a wide range of servicing, repair and refurbishment activities over a wide range of industry.

We are proudly NZ owned and operated, supplying product, solutions and services to a wide range of industry across New Zealand and Australia. We employ an awesome team of engineers, trades people, technical sales, and service professionals who provide an amazing service to our broad customer base.

Subject to your experience and background, you could be workshop based or a mix of workshop and field work.  We have a great team environment that actively encourages each team member to continually learn and develop their skills and knowledge.

To fit within the team, you will be someone who enjoys variety and working in a collaborative team environment. You must have a background in the hydraulic workshop environment but also be of the mindset to develop your skills and experience further.

What do you need for a successful application?

·  Hydraulic industry workshop experience

·  A relevant trade qualification is a must or 5+ years hydraulic service experience

·  Machining skills are preferred

·  The ability to fault-find in a wide variety of applications

·  Sound knowledge of a range of hydraulic product

·  Ability to test, diagnose and repair a wide range of hydraulic components and systems

·  Good communication – both written and verbal

·  Good interpersonal skills
