Role 1 Site Manager- Steel Erection Our client is a very successful steel fabrication and erection business. They have been operating for many years and have a great reputation in the market for the quality of their work and their on-time delivery. They are looking to employ a site a manager who will run 5 to 6 sites. Each site will have its own crew. They will typically be onsite for a few days to a week erecting a range of steel structures.

You will have a background in site erection and onsite welding as a site foreman or manager. As well you will have experience in doing steel erection and welding for at least 5 years. At times this role may reqire you to be hands-on.

This is a senior role with an excellent salary plus vehicle. You will need to be highly organised, have a strong focus on quality and on-time delivery. You will need to be able to build strong repore with clients and staff, as well provide management with accurate and clear updates.

Role 2 Manager of Sheetmetal and CNC workshop.

Based in Albany, you will manage a small sheetmetal workshop that also has a number of CNC bending and folding machines. You will undertake all aspects of the workshop from quoting, through to production and delivery.

You will organise, train and manage staff. You will also report through to the owner, who runs another business.

Ideally you will have run a similar workshop, have a background in sheetmetal fabrication and can set and operate CNC bending machines.

You will need to be highly organised, efficent, and have a clear eye for maintaining quality standards. You will also be able to build good relationships with clients and staff.

There is a very good hourly rate with this role.
