About the Role

We're on the lookout for a skilled and driven Project Manager to oversee residential builds from concept through to completion. In this role, you'll take ownership of budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client communications, ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard.
What does this look like?
- Responsible for the oversight of all aspects of construction projects from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.
- Coordinate labour resources and oversee the procurement and timely delivery of construction materials and equipment.
- Track and manage project budgets, proactively identifying financial variances and implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with contractors, consultants, clients, and design teams to resolve technical challenges and minimise project risks.
- Drive project progress by managing timelines, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring milestones are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
What do you need to succeed?
- A minimum of 5 years' experience managing projects within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of building codes, compliance standards, and health & safety regulations
- Knowledge of local council processes and consenting requirements is highly desirable.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate diverse teams.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
