  • Translate insights into action shaping clear, impactful strategies that help reduce inequities and improve care.
  • Contribute to policy, board-level reporting, and responses to public interest bringing a clinical voice to the table.

About You

  • A clinical background (registered or with equivalent health quality/research experience)
  • Strong skills in writing, critical analysis, and stakeholder engagement
  • The ability to translate complex clinical and system issues into accessible insights
  • A passion for equity, systems improvement, and reducing harm
  • Confidence working across diverse groups from policy teams to frontline clinicians
  • The ability to see the big picture and work in collaboration with others.
