Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Activity: Develop and implement a successful call plan to maximise territory revenue.
  • Territory Management: Analyse territory potential, target new customers, and maintain regular contact with existing ones.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and sustain relationships with key customers and influencers, ensuring ongoing business growth.
  • Sales Pipeline: Manage and track opportunities using CRM to ensure seamless customer contact and sales follow-up.
  • Product Knowledge: Become an expert in Hynds products, providing solutions and addressing customer queries effectively.
  • Quality: Maintain high standards of work to ensure products meet customer requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving systems and processes within the tea
  • Training: Engage in ongoing upskilling and assist with training new employees.

  • Proven sales success with a strong understanding of customer needs and market conditions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence business relationships effectively.
  • A proactive problem solver with a positive attitude and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to speak the language of business and create long-term value.
  • Full driver's licence and F endorsement required.
