We're on the lookout for an Office Manager to join our clients busy marine services business. They are a small, close-knit team that looks after each other and gets the job done – and they need someone organised, reliable and ready to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

In this role, you'll have your hands in just about everything, including:

  • Handling accounts, invoices, and payments.
  • Keeping track of vehicles and equipment.
  • Replying to customer enquiries and helping things flow smoothly in the office.
  • Taking care of HR admin and health & safety paperwork.
  • Managing an Administration Assistant

You'll be the go-to person who keeps the wheels turning, so we're after someone who's confident juggling lots of tasks, works well with others, and doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves when needed.

It's a genuinely supportive team environment, plenty of variety day-to-day, and the chance to be part of a hardworking crew that takes pride in what they do on (and off) the water.
