Qualifications
- Proven expertise in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management
- Strong knowledge of property markets and experience in property sales or real estate
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage databases, marketing, and client interactions
- Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM software, and property management technology
- Relevant experience with property appraisals and real estate regulations
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented with an ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Current real estate salesperson license is essential
- Familiarity with the Cashmere and Chch property market is advantageous
