Location: Radius Elloughton Gardens, 1 Pages Road, Timaru

Hours of work: Casual as and when required

Note: Radius Care cannot support work visas/visa changes for this role

About the role:

Support the operations of the facility by providing general office clerical, accounting and administration duties as required.

Duties include:

  • Maintain computerized accounts payable and receivable functions
  • Manage stationery requirements
  • Undertake general office duties
  • Prepare documentation for admissions, assist with orientation of residents and families to the facility
  • Assist with organizing family and multidisciplinary meetings
  • Focussed on individual residents' needs.
  • Undertake any other tasks as required to support office manager and facility manager

Skills and Experience:

  • Confidently take phone calls and deal with daily queries
  • Fun, friendly and welcoming, with excellent people skills
  • Accurately and reliably follow instructions, using initiative where required
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to a wide range of people, including residents and their families
  • Shows initiative and can work without supervision
