JOIN OUR COMMERCIAL TEMPING TEAM

We not only place people in permanent roles but also supply temporary support to clients who may have a gap due to annual leave, sickness or to help with projects.

We need more experienced administrators to join our temp team and jump in on an on-call/casual or short-term basis.

So if you aren't currently working and would like to fill in some time, earn some money, or gain some different experience, then give us a call

We need people with skills and experience including:

- Reception, customer service
- General admin support including data entry, document creation, filing
- Accounts administration - payables, receiveables, reconcilitation, reporting
- Payroll administration
- Graphic design and social media management
- All-round awesomeness and a can-do approach

Some work assignments require you to have specific skills and knowledge, such as certain accounting programs, whilst others just require someone to be friendly, professional, and willing to pitch in wherever they are needed.

A baseline skillset would include knoweldge of MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

More specialist knowledge in Xero, MYOB, and other accounting programs is very useful, as is knoweldge of PowerPoint, InDesign, Canva and more.

If you have been out of the workforce for some time and want to dip your toe back in the water, then temping is a great way to do that. We will discuss your experience and skills and match you with work assignments that will allow you to use your current skills, while buiding up some more recent experience.

If you are between jobs and just want to earn some money to pay the bills, temping is also a great option

Work assignments can last from a day to several months.

We have requests for temporary workers to do part-time and full-time hours, and can often accommodate school hours.

Temporary work assignments are only suitable for those already in the South Canterbury region, or who are planning to move here in the near future.

Applications from those outside the country will not be processed.
