We have administrative opportunities
here in Timaru for someone who has a passion for health and helping their

organisation and people skills to work, being part of our front of hospital
team is for you
As part of our front of hospital administration team
you will undertake a variety of roles, you will be fully trained as a Main
Receptionist, an Emergency Receptionist and a Telephonist ' these are really exciting
roles and if you love when no two days are the same, this job will be perfect
for you.
One day could see you being our hospitals first
point of contact, greeting our patients or answering patient queries using our
new regional patient management system SIPICS, the next you could be supporting
emergency situations and responding to hospital wide alarms. Wherever you find
yourself, you'll be in a demanding yet diverse role.
We are looking for the next person to be the face of
our hospital, you need to be compassionate, friendly, have great communication
and always be ready to go the extra mile for our patients. We also need someone
who is a logical clear thinker, process orientated and able to prioritise.
As part of our front of hospital administration team
you will be available to work differing hours each week and have the ability on occasion to work up to
full time to cover planned and unplanned leave.
Rostered Shifts

3.30pm
- 8.00am '
4.30pm
- 12.00pm '
8.30pm
- 3.00pm '

**11.00pmThe success factors for the role include**:

- Ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to take direction well and work as a part of

our team
- A keen eye for detail and accountable for own work
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders of Te
Whatu Ora ' South Canterbury with a focus on excellent customer service and
delivery
- Maintains the strictest confidentiality
