Our Christchurch team is looking for an Employment Consultant who strives to help people flourish and achieve vocational independence.

Main responsibilities:

  • Source employment vacancies via face to face employer visits and online
  • Prepare clients for job interviews
  • Job applications
  • Problem solve with a client about barriers to work
  • Support clients once placed into work

The ideal candidate:

  • Recent experience in providing career guidance
  • A proven ability to develop and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships
  • Well-developed employer networks and ability to promote clients for work experience or paid work
