We're looking for a motivated Management Accountant to join our high-performing team at Ingham Group Services in Hamilton. Reporting directly to the CFO, this key role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and the satisfaction of contributing to real business outcomes across a growing multi-franchise automotive network.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a central role in providing accurate, insightful financial reporting and analysis across the business. Your work will guide key decisions and support operational excellence across multiple dealerships and brands.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Preparing accurate and timely monthly accounts and management reports
  • Completing balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset register management, and depreciation schedules
  • Preparing and filing GST and FBT returns
  • Managing budgets, cashflow forecasting, and franchise reporting requirements
  • Overseeing creditors and debtors ledgers, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Supporting the CFO with strategic financial planning and continuous improvement initiatives

What You'll Bring

  • CA qualification and proven accounting experience
  • Strong technical understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team
  • Confident communication skills and solid system literacy
  • Automotive industry experience is advantageous but not essential
  • You must currently live in New Zealand and/or hold a valid work visa
