**Job Overview**:

You’ll be the main point of contact for our e-commerce customers, working closely with them to understand their needs and ensure they have a positive experience with our brand. You’ll also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and campaigns to increase sales and drive customer retention.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Achieves monthly and annual target
- Increase the share of business on the platform/market being handled
- Manage company selling products on marketplaces accounts.
- Initiate execution of marketing campaigns
- Evaluate all marketing campaigns and makes necessary adjustments
- Deliver brand share and drive sales objectives through promotional planning
- Generate monthly leads and hit the quota of the subscribers per month
- Optimize the content of the EDMs based on the results that were analyze
- Works with demand planning to develop accurate sales forecasts and achieve specified levels of forecast accuracy on the marketplaces and redemption programs.
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth job requirements
- Handle cross department coordination Finance, Logistics and Customer Service.
- Work closely with the Trade Marketing team to instill methods that assist the customers in efficiently and creatively engaging with consumers and shoppers through packaging, merchandising and promotion.

**Job Qualifications**:

- At least 2 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience managing their own store or assisting in the management of another store and is well-versed in the operation of Amazon.
- Understand how ad campaigns perform and work within a monthly budget to grow ROAS % (Return on Ad Spend)
- Background in running and managing Digital Ads (Facebook ads, Google Ads, Google AdWords, and Amazon PPC campaigns)
