Lead Landscape Gardener

We are looking to grow our small, successful landscape gardening business and need someone new to lead that challenge.

We design, install and maintain some of Auckland's best gardens, mainly involved in the planting side of landscaping and garden maintenance.

We require a person with the following skills and traits:

  • Have relevant horticultural experience and/or qualifications.
  • Fit, strong and enjoy physical work in all weather.
  • A winning personality, equally comfortable liaising with clients, working solo or supervising staff.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Have a good plant knowledge and an understanding of garden maintenance.
  • Conscientious and trustworthy, with a positive can-do attitude.

This is an opportunity to expand and develop the role as the business grows and someone with drive and ambition would be able to thrive and make the role their own.
