Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Landscape Gardener  to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role involves hands-on landscaping work, site management, and team leadership. Key Tasks & Responsibilities Carrying out the construction and installation of various landscape structures including: Retaining walls, fencing, paving, decking, garden beds, planting, and turfing (natural and synthetic) Hardscape and softscape installations Reading and following site plans and specifications Supervising and leading teams on-site Managing site safety, quality control, and productivity Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to client's expectations Communicating effectively with management and clients Maintaining tools, machinery, and site tidiness Skills & Experience Required Minimum 2 years of proven experience in landscape construction or a similar role Relevant qualification in Landscaping, Horticulture, or Construction is advantageous but not essential Experience in leading a team or project management Ability to read and interpret construction drawings or landscape plans Good communication and leadership skills Basic computer literacy or familiarity with project management software Strong health and safety awareness Valid driver's license  Job Benefits Competitive pay: $23.50 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience Full-time, permanent position (minimum 40 hours per week) Supportive company culture that values people and career growth Opportunities for training and development into higher-level roles Social team activities: golf, BBQs, and team events Location Various sites across Auckland, New Zealand How to Apply To apply, please email your CV and cover letter to info@parrotlandscaping.co.nz Attn:  Valeria Alternatively, you can call us on 0508 - PARROT  to discuss the opportunity.
