About the roles:

Burst into cherry sales this summer We are looking for a motivated Cherry Sales Team Leader to join our Kiwi Crunch team at our pop-up cherry trailer at Queenstown Airport. We also need 2 Sales Assistants. These are fixed term summer roles from early December through to early February.

Team Lead role

You'll support the day-to-day running of the trailer, lead a small team, and help create an outstanding experience for every customer.

This is a seasonal fixed term role that runs from early December through to early February during our peak cherry season, with hours being full-time Tuesday- Saturday 9am-5pm for 10 weeks.

As the Team Leader, you'll act as the bridge between management and staff, ensuring the trailer runs smoothly, operations stay on track, and sales targets are met. You will supervise and support sales staff, providing guidance and training as needed. You will manage staff rosters for the team taking the leadership role.

Sales Assistants x2

Perfect role for students, seasonal workers, or anyone looking for a fun summer role in beautiful Queenstown.

· Full time role: Mon, Thur, Fri, Sat, Sun (9am – 5pm) 40 hours

· Part-Time role: Mon, Tue, Wed, Sun (9am – 5pm) 32 hours

Key Responsibilities:

· Create a buzz around our cherries and deliver a memorable customer experience.

· Monitor stock levels and ensure displays are full and attractive.

· Ensure high standards of customer service, assisting customers when needed.

· Help maintain a safe, clean, and organised trailer environment.

· Report daily sales, issues, and feedback to the Kiwi Crunch team.
