FormShore is a proudly NZ-owned leader in formwork and propping solutions, supporting construction projects across the country. We're after a hands-on Operations Manager to keep our Christchurch branch running smoothly — managing stock, people, and day-to-day operations.

What you'll do:

  • Plan workloads and support the GM with branch scheduling
  • Manage stock levels, transfers and regular stock-takes
  • Oversee the yard and yard staff to ensure equipment is maintained
  • Liaise with customers on deliveries, returns and quotes
  • Lead Health & Safety and staff training

What you'll bring:

  • 2+ years in operations or logistics (construction/trades ideal)
  • Strong organisation, problem-solving and people skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Xero or CRM systems
  • A practical, calm "make it happen" approach
