We are seeking a talented Learning Partner to join our Organisational Development team on a 6-month fixed-term maternity leave cover contract.
About the Role:Reporting to the Organisational Development and Talent Manager, the Learning Partner plays a key role in supporting LIC's organisational development journey. You will work closely with leaders and team members across the business to deliver effective learning and development solutions, enabling our people to grow and succeed in their roles.
As a trusted advisor, the Learning Partner collaborates with internal stakeholders to design, deliver, and evaluate learning initiatives in line with business strategies, and supports the full cycle of development programmes. You will act as a champion for best-practice learning, building capability and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Work in partnership with leaders to identify learning needs aligned to business objectives.
- Design and deliver a range of learning solutions, including blended, online, and face-to-face training.
- Coordinate and facilitate learning sessions, workshops, and on-boarding programmes.
- Monitor, evaluate and report on the impact of development initiatives, providing recommendations to increase effectiveness.
- Work with external training providers and vendors to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
- Support the maintenance of learning platforms, content updates, and learner engagement.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in our approach to talent development.
- Proven experience in learning and development, learning advisory, or organisational development roles.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all levels.
- Experience designing and delivering blended learning solutions in a commercial environment.
- Excellent relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse data and feedback to inform learning and development recommendations.
- Curious, innovative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and personal development.
- Experience using LMS or digital learning platforms is an advantage.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field is advantageous.
