About the Role | Mō te tūranga mahi

As an Integrated Care Pathways (ICP) Recovery Coordinator Level 1, you'll work in partnership with providers to support our clients and their whānau on their recovery journey. Whether it's over the phone, via email, or through virtual face-to-face conversations, you'll help clients make meaningful progress towards their goals.

You'll either manage your own caseload of complex claims requiring specialised support or contribute flexibly across a centralised queue. With ICP altering the approach to case management for ACC clients with musculoskeletal injuries in the lower back, shoulder, or knee that may require surgery, your responsibilities will also include assisting providers as new collaborative practices are adopted.

Salary & Benefits

  • Starting salary of $70,000 plus 9% superannuation

Work-Life Balance

  • 40 hours per week, between 8:00am and 5:30pm
