About the roleAnderson Lloyd's Commercial Property team is one of the strongest in New Zealand, with seven partners nationwide. Due to ongoing growth and success, we are seeking experienced Commercial Property and Private Client Lawyers (3–7 years' PQE) to join our beautiful new Christchurch office.

You'll work alongside our partners and colleagues across the country, gaining exposure to a wide variety of matters including:

  • Commercial property acquisitions and divestments
  • Contract and general commercial work
  • Large-scale property developments
  • Commercial leasing
  • Subdivisions

What you will bringTo succeed in this role, you will bring at least 3 years' practical experience in property and private client matters or a blend of property and general commercial experience. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing team, demonstrating ambition, confidence and the ability to build strong, lasting client relationships.
