**About the role**
We are now recruiting for a Corporate Commercial Lawyer. This role is based in our Ōtautahi Christchurch, office.

This is a unique opportunity to advance your career as you become involved in all aspects of our premium Corporate Commercial practice.

Working alongside the Christchurch Commercial Partners, you will be exposed to a wide variety of interesting and complex work, including transactional work (such as M&A, capital raisings, corporate restructurings, financing transactions (including property financing) and private equity transactions), and a broad range of corporate advisory and commercial contracting work.

We take pride in delivering high quality work while being responsive, flexible and pragmatic in our approach, to find the best solutions for our clients.

You can be confident you will be given opportunities to grow and develop in your practice with the support and guidance to be successful. You will build close relationships and work with, the firm's wider Corporate Commercial Teams.
