At Eden Orthodontics, every smile starts with our team. We're looking for a caring, organised, and enthusiastic Receptionist/Chairside Assistant to join our friendly Mt Eden practice.

Your Role

This hybrid position combines front-desk and clinical support:

  • Assist Dr Smith chairside and help prepare instruments and records.
  • Take x-rays, scans, and patient photos.
  • Help patients with bookings and enquiries.
  • Keep the clinic running smoothly with great organisation and communication.

About You

You're reliable, warm, and quick on your feet. You love helping people, learning new skills, and being part of a team. Great computer and typing skills are a must. Bonus points if you're confident on social media (IG, FB, TikTok) video content creation.

Hours (non-negotiable):

  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Note: This is a permanent part-time role – not suitable for students with uncertain 2026 timetables or those looking for holiday jobs.

Start Date: 13 January 2026 (we close for 3 weeks over the summer holidays)
