Receptionist

The role

Our Eden village in Mt Eden, Auckland are looking for a part time Receptionist to join their dedicated team.

What you'll be doing:

• Being the welcoming face of our business
• Providing excellent administrative support
• Ensuring the smooth running of service delivery
• Delivering an exceptional experience for all residents and guests
• Delivering professional customer service and administrative assistance in a style that brings calm to a busy environment.

What you'll bring:

• 3+ years' experience in a similar position
• An ability to problem solve effectively as you will be dealing with all manner of people and queries from visitors, contractors, residents and their families
• Experience with administration, accounts payable, petty cash and suppliers
• Excellent computer skills. In particular, with the Microsoft suite
• An ability to build rapport, provide assistance and treat residents with respect
• Eligibility to work in NZ.
