About us

We are a locally owned GP practice based in Mount Maunganui with a large patient population. We have a team of 8 Doctors, 6 Receptionists, 8 Nurses, 2 Health Care Assistants, an Office administrator and Practice Manager. Qualifications & experience

• Must be confident talking to people face to face or via telephone
• Must be a team player and fit well within our team. We are looking for team fit over experience
• Adaptable in a fast paced environment
• Must be well presented, and take pride in their appearance and work ethic
• Be a quick learner and keen to take on extra responsibilities
• Must demonstrate common sense and be able to think outside the box
• Understanding or Knowledge of the Treaty of Waitangi in a healthcare setting

Tasks & responsibilities

• Meeting and Greeting Patients
• Arriving, booking and managing patient appointments
• Customer service and experience with telephone management of incoming calls
• Entering in Patient data
• Basic Cash Handling
• Scanning and document management
• Other Ad-hoc tasks
