The Role

We're looking for an Intermediate Accountant ready to grow into a Senior role, or an experienced Senior Accountant seeking a new challenge. You'll work closely with directors and team members, gaining exposure to a wide range of client needs and business challenges.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare financial statements and tax returns
  • Deliver periodic management reporting and cashflow forecasting
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts
  • File GST and other compliance returns with IRD
  • Provide technical assistance and support to clients and colleagues
  • Build strong client relationships and contribute to advisory projects

What We're Looking For

  • CA or CPA qualified (or working towards it)
  • 5+ years' experience in a professional accounting firm
  • Strong technical expertise and up-to-date knowledge of NZ accounting legislation
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Interest in or willingness to upskill in accounting software and ERP systems
