We are a long-standing motor industry business seeking an experienced and dependable Accounts Administrator to support us on a part-time basis.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for flexible hours in a small, friendly team — and who can take ownership of the accounting function with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter supplier invoices and reconcile against statements
  • Data entry into Xero and Dealer Management System
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
  • Prepare supplier payments for approval
  • Ensure compliance with tax obligations
  • Maintain accurate digital and paper financial records
  • Prepare foreign currency payments for stock purchases
  • Manage payroll (wages, salaries, commissions)
  • Perform monthly stock reconciliations

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping
  • Strong skills in Xero and financial admin
  • High attention to detail and excellent time management
  • Confidence working independently and managing deadlines
  • Prior experience in the motor industry is a plus
