Part-Time Content Creator

We're looking for a motivated Part-Time Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for a creative mind with a love for beauty, trends, and content creation - someone who understands the power of great storytelling and isn't afraid to get hands-on with filming, editing, and engaging online.

You'll work across multiple beauty brands, helping to plan, create, and manage content that connects with audiences. From trend-spotting and ad creation to influencer coordination and community engagement, you'll gain real-world experience across every area of digital marketing

1. Content Creation

• Plan content calendars across multiple brands, using AI tools to identify trends and optimise posting times.
• Conceptualise content ideas based on launches, campaigns, and audience interests.
• Film and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Stories).
• Be the on-screen talent for videos (demos, tutorials, trends, lifestyle content).
• Direct and brief internal staff on how to appear in or contribute to content.
• Edit and deliver content using tools like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, or AI-powered editing tools.

2. Ad Content Creation & Design

• Conceptualise, design, and produce ad content for paid and organic campaigns.
• Film and edit ad creatives (self-shot, product demos, tutorials, lifestyle).
• Create graphics, GIFs, and animations. Incorporating AI design tools where relevant.
• Repurpose UGC and existing brand content into high-performing ad formats.
• Develop creative variations for A/B testing across Meta, TikTok, and Google ads.

3. Social Media Management

• Schedule and post across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and CTAs in line with each brand's tone.
• Post daily Stories, repost UGC, and engage with community tags and mentions.
• Monitor and reply to DMs and comments.

4. Influencer & UGC Coordination

• Identify relevant creators and influencers for campaigns.
• Brief them with content direction and messaging.
• Coordinate gifting or content exchanges and track delivery/performance Save and repurpose approved UGC across brand channels.

5. Trend Spotting & Strategy

• Stay on top of TikTok, Instagram, and beauty industry trends.
• Propose new content formats and campaigns to keep brands fresh and relevant.
• Report on content performance and audience insights.

6. Multi-Brand Adaptability

Seamlessly shift between multiple beauty brands, each with its own:

• Voice and tone
• Visual identity
• Target audiences
• Product types and hero ingredients

Ensure each piece of content is tailored to the specific brand it represents.
