Survey Manager

We're looking for a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor to lead our talented Land Surveying team to deliver high-quality projects that make a real impact. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide and develop your team, provide technical expertise, and ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and to a high standard.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the growth and success of our Land Surveying team, with the full support and backing of our multi-disciplinary business behind you. You'll be shaping a high-performing, collaborative team environment while driving innovation and delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.
What you'll do:
- Lead and coordinate survey team operations, managing workloads, priorities, and quality delivery.
- Oversee technical standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and effective collaboration across disciplines.
- Mentor and develop staff, fostering growth, accountability, and performance.
- Manage project budgets, proposals, and the survey P&L as if it were your own business.
- Drive business growth by building strong client relationships and pursuing new opportunities.
- Promote compliance, safety, and a positive workplace culture.
What you'll bring:
- Licensed Cadastral Surveyor accreditation.
- Proven survey experience with a strong record of delivery.

- Strong commercial and organisational skills, including P&L management.
