We're looking for a "Full Stack" Data Scientist that:Has 4+ years experience as a Data ScientistHas strong data science capabilities: Deep understanding of statistics, including both frequentist and Bayesian approaches. Experience with measuring and improving data quality, especially in surveying. Strong fluency in SQL and in scripting languages such as Python and R(Nice to have) Experience with operational research, experimentation, or classical machine learningHas data leadership, product, and commercial skills: Entrepreneurial. You're focused on having an impact on business results and thrive when navigating new domains. Able to think creatively, both statistically and commercially, to solve business problems. Drives momentum, making trade-offs between statistics and the business, and prioritising work independently.
