Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Auckland for a Licensed or Senior Graduate Surveyor. The role involves performing land development surveys, boundary surveys, as-built surveys, construction and topographic surveys. Additionally, the Surveyor will prepare and analyze plans, assist with resource consents and land engineering designs, and oversee compliance with regulatory requirements. This position requires collaboration with clients, contractors, and internal teams to successfully deliver high-quality projects on time and on budget.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in land surveying techniques, boundary delineation, and topographical data collection
  • Skills in preparing plans, analyzing survey data, and overseeing resource consent processes
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and surveying tools
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills, with a client-focused mindset
  • Ability to manage project timelines and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Professional qualification as a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor or progression toward the same
  • Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geospatial Science, or related field
  • Experience in land development or infrastructure projects is highly desirable
