It's an exciting time to join Pie Funds — a high-performing funds manager, KiwiSaver provider and wealth advisory team helping clients grow their wealth and reach their financial goals.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Investor Support Specialist to join our close-knit operations and client services team. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our client experience, supporting our Wealth Advisers, Relationship Managers, and Client Service Managers to ensure every investor interaction is smooth, accurate, and exceptional.

You will handle client onboarding, process investment transactions, and keep our systems running efficiently. Whether you're answering a client query or improving a process behind the scenes, you'll play a key role in delivering the high-quality service Pie Funds is known for.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting investors and clients across Pie Funds' managed funds and KiwiSaver products.
  • Managing client documentation, transactions, and account updates with precision and care.
  • Working closely with Advisers, Relationship Managers and Client Service Managers to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Assisting with compliance and record-keeping requirements.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.

What you'll bring

  • Experience in financial services, fund administration, or client operational support preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication — you're approachable, professional, and confident interacting with clients.
  • Tech-savvy, ideally with exposure to CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • A proactive mindset — you like to take ownership and find better ways of doing things.
