Digital Marketing Specialist – SaaS / Compliance Tech

Role Summary

We're seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist to lead and execute marketing initiatives across digital channels, SEO, email campaigns, and content creation. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive engagement, improve visibility, and support lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
Initial Activities:

·       Audit and refresh existing digital assets (website, brochures, newsletters, social channels).

·       Implement baseline analytics reporting (Google Analytics, Search Console, social media).

·       Conduct SEO technical audit and implement fixes (mobile responsiveness, speed, broken links, meta tags, indexability).

·       Develop keyword mapping and SEO strategy.

·       Launch initial communications to the database to drive engagement.

·       Create and set up new social media accounts.

Ongoing Activities

·       Continue SEO and analytics improvements.

·       Leverage customer reviews and testimonials for marketing.

·       Conduct competitor gap analysis to refine strategy.

·       Develop and execute marketing campaigns: strategy development, copywriting, campaign setup and monitoring, A/B testing and optimisation.

·       Implement website enhancements and new product pages.

·       Build backlinks and manage testimonial collection.

·       Refine email nurture flows and automation sequences.

·       Maintain weekly social media campaigns and communications calendar.

·       Draft content for newsletters, media releases, and blogs.

Cadence (Post-Setup)

· –4 social media posts per week

·       Monthly newsletter

·       Blog or thought leadership piece every 4–6 weeks

·       Ongoing SEO monitoring and optimisation

·       Regular analytics reporting and recommendations

·       Continuous pipeline of student/employer stories

Tools & Platforms

·       CMS: WordPress, WooCommerce

·       CRM: Pipedrive, Go High Level

·       Analytics & SEO: Google Analytics, Search Console, PureSEO reports

·       Marketing Automation: Email campaign tools, social media schedulers

Requirements

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·       Experience in digital marketing, SEO, and campaign management.

·       Familiarity with WordPress and WooCommerce.

·       Ability to quickly learn and use Pipedrive and Go High Level CRMs.

·       Comfortable working independently with a high degree of initiative.

·       Interest in contributing to a future brand review in 2026.

Compensation & Benefits

·       Base salary: $60–75K

·       Bonus: $15k bonus component

·       Stock equity available for the right individual

·       Flexible hours and WFH options

·       Possibility to reduce this to a part-time position hours, for example)

As the role evolves, there will be opportunities to expand responsibilities to support across the parent company and participate in broader strategic initiatives, including brand development and cross company marketing efforts.
