Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish.
  • Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project timelines.
  • Drive safety, quality, and compliance across the site.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to track progress, resolve issues, and achieve key milestones.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager or Foreman on commercial or institutional projects.
  • Solid understanding of Australian (or NZ equivalent) construction methods and safety standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Trade background or qualification in Building or Construction Management preferred.
  • Ideal for those looking to relocate and secure long-term employment in Australia.
