About The Role
You will be working directly with some of our largest clients to ensure successful delivery and management of their
IT infrastructure and End user computing.
The service desk will provide operational, technical and provisioning support to our client and ensure we deliver a 'Customer Inspired' service.

Day To Day You Will

  • You will be based onsite with the team in our Aucklnd office
  • Support users over the phone, email, ServiceNow, chat and more. To deliver an exceptional service for everything IT.
  • We support our customers around the clock, so this role may require weekend and evening work.

What Experience You'll Bring

  • 1+ years of IT Service Desk experience.
  • Qualified or self-taught technology guru who is self-motivated, wanting to up skill themselves and learn something different every day
  • NZQA Level 7 or equivalent
  • Can learn new technology on the go, while utilizing your current skill sets.
  • Can talk to customers from all walks of life while working through a wide range of requests and technical questions.
  • The ability to adapt to new processes or changes. We are providing cutting edge new future proofed technology to our customers.
