As Manager, HR Help Desk, you'll lead a dynamic team providing first-touch resolution for HR enquiries across Australia and New Zealand. You'll champion digital self-service, embed new technologies, and drive continuous improvement to enhance employee experience.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of HR advisors and consultants to deliver exceptional service and first-touch resolution for HR queries
- Embed and optimise the new HCM Help Desk module, ensuring adoption of quarterly feature releases
- Analyse data to identify pain points and recommend solutions that improve digital self-service and employee experience
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, AI use cases, and enhancements to digital tools such as Knowledge Articles and Oracle Guided Learning
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to advocate for process improvements and deliver strong customer outcomes

- Strong digital fluency with experience leveraging automation and AI to improve services
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Expertise in stakeholder management and influencing peers to adopt continuous improvement
