PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR - Start 2026 with a bang $100k to $110k pa

Working with a market leading company and reporting to the Operations Manager who is based in Wellington, you will lead the Auckland factory to deliver outstanding customer service through superior DIFOTIS performance.

This involves the manufacture and assembly of bespoke high quality, high compliance products for the building and construction industry.

This is a highly autonomous role with responsibility for a team of 17 staff. The plant is a single shift operation, 6am to 2.30 pm Monday to Friday

Your new role covers:

· Autonomous leadership of the tight knit factory team. Leading by example with a hands-on approach working alongside the team to get the job done.

· Managing the day-to-day production requirements, scheduling, inventory movements, quality assurance, processes are followed, and delivery is on time to meet customer requirements.

· Ensuring strict Quality Control processes are carried out.

· Ensuring preventative maintenance checks are actioned.

· Driving productivity, quality and safety improvements.

· Collaborating with sales, procurement, detailing, and R&D to ensure KPI's are met

You will ideally bring:

· A proven track record of success in a similar autonomous role - take full ownership of the factory operations

· Exposure to a fast-paced, sell then make environment preferably in a custom/ bespoke manufacturing environment.

· The ability to provide clear leadership by example, motivation, and the development of your new team.

·       Great problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude to make things happen.

·       Strong attention to detail

·       ERP system experience, ability to navigate basic technology (Microsoft excel, word, Sharepoint, Onedrive and outlook email.
