About the role

As a Customer Service Representative at Highway1 Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in our office, being the face and voice for our customers. This full-time position is based in Wiri, Auckland where you will be responsible for internal sales task, administration and liaising with our production team.

What you'll be doing

  1. Creating and following through on quotes
  2. Creating sales orders and liaising with our production team and customers
  3. Interpretting customers needs and providing information.
  4. Sales and office administration tasks
  5. External sales calls by phone
  6. Greeting and dealing with customers visiting the branch.

What we're looking for

  1. Experience in an office environment, preferably in a sales role
  2. Microsoft office suite experience
  3. A solution-based mindset and the ability to think outside the box
  4. Willingness to learn and collaborate as part of a team
  5. Ability to say organised and work under pressure in a fast paced, varied role
