This role is a permanent part-time Sales Assistant (Key Holder) position, leading the team on Sundays and Mondays, with a minimum of 16 hours per week. Further details around hours of work are outlined below.

The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience with a proven history of sales excellence, as well as the ability to:

  • Lead a team and work both Sunday and Monday shifts
  • Have a strong customer and sales focus with a friendly approach, understanding the importance of customer experience
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with international customers
  • Work well and strive to succeed both individually and as part of a team
  • Be punctual, personable, and enthusiastic
  • Show initiative with a willingness to learn
  • Have the flexibility to work weekends and public holidays on a rostered basis
  • Have an eye for detail with the ability to multitask
  • Be confident with visual merchandising and using a computer point-of-sale system
  • Maintain high standards of personal presentation

Outline of hours

Must be available for:

Sunday 9.30am – 6.00pm (half an hour unpaid break = 8.0 hours)

Monday 9.30am – 6.00pm (half an hour unpaid break = 8.0 hours)

Plus, the possibility of some lunch cover roles 12.00pm – 3.00pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (Up to 9.0 hours)
