We're on the hunt for a dynamic, hands-on Store Manager to take the reins of our Albany location and drive it to the next level through driving outstanding standards and a focus on attention to detail. We want someone who has a passion for growing and developing their team. At Crackerjack, we're growing fast – and we're looking for leaders who want to grow with us.

What We're Looking For

We're after a retail "Trader" – someone who's driven, commercial, and always looking for ways to improve the customer experience and store performance. If you're currently a Store Manager or an experienced Assistant Manager ready to step up, we'd love to talk.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven retail leadership experience – ideally in high-volume or large-format retail.
  • A hands-on, on-the-floor leadership style – you lead by example.
  • Strong planning, merchandising, and time management skills.
  • Ability to see space within a store and move large volumes of stock
  • The ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • A knack for identifying and acting on business opportunities.
  • Energy, resilience, and a great attitude – always.
