We're on the hunt for a dynamic, hands-on Assistant Store Manager to support our amazing Store Manager in our Albany location and drive it to the next level through driving outstanding standards and a focus on attention to detail. We want someone who has a passion for growing and developing their team and someone who wants to be our next Store Manager . What We're Looking For

We're after a retail "Trader" – someone who's driven, commercial, and always looking for ways to improve the customer experience and store performance. If you're currently an Assistant Store Manager, we'd love to talk.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven retail leadership experience – ideally in high-volume or large-format retail.
  • A hands-on, on-the-floor leadership style – you lead by example.
  • Strong planning, merchandising, and time management skills.
  • Ability to see space within a store and move large volumes of stock
  • The ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • A knack for identifying and acting on business opportunities.
  • Energy, resilience, and a great attitude – always.
  • A drive to get ahead - you want to be a Store Manager
