About our role
Based in the heart of Takapuna overlooking the beach and a few steps away from cafés and restaurants, our modern office, all make it a great place to work. This frontline phone and computer-based position will support dispute resolution cases, communicating with and advising all involved parties regarding processes and procedures.
This role is ideal if you enjoy problem-solving, have a varied workload and are extremely organised, as it combines both customer service and office administration duties.
Main responsibilities:
- Handling confidential information in a professional and respectful manner.
- Scheduling and coordinating Zoom meetings for stakeholders.
- Assisting all parties by responding in a prompt and proactive manner.
- Develop supportive and service-oriented relationships with internal and external parties.
- Provide accurate, detailed, and timely completion of case notes.
- Be a strong and valued member of the team by providing support, guidance and cover when required to achieve team goals.
- Perform general administration duties such as organising mediations, hearings, venue arrangements and travel bookings.
- Handling a high volume of cases and correspondence from commencement to completion.
- Highly effective time management, responding to parties in a timely manner, prioritising urgent matters.
About you
You will need to be a sound listener, possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to stay calm and compassionate when handling sensitive situations and stakeholders. You will need to have excellent time management and organisational skills to succeed in this role. Being able to make common sense judgement calls combined with excellent interpersonal skills is a must. If you enjoy speaking and engaging with people from all walks of life, treat others with respect, and like working in a collaborative environment, then this is the job for you.

- Experience working in a team environment dealing with people from all walks of life.
- Outstanding communication and relationship management skills.
- Proficient with technology i.e. Zoom, MS Teams, Outlook, and MS Suite.
- Able to enjoy a laugh in a team environment.
- Self-driven with a sense of initiative.
- Able to remain professional in emotional situations.
- You act with honesty and integrity.
